Who we are
Unicard Limited is a private limited company with a subsidiary organisation known as Ecebs. Both are registered in England and Wales under registration number 04817824, with a registered office at Peartree Business Centre, Cobham Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 7PT. Unicard and Ecebs are both the “Controller” and the “Processor” of the personal information we collect, depending on the nature of the data collected.
Data processing
Unicard collect and process your personal data in accordance with all applicable laws, including the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).

In consenting to our privacy and cookie policies and submitting your details via our website, you agree that Unicard may process your personal information and contact you via means which may include emails/phone calls from Unicard about roles and recruitment activities that might suit you.
The personal data we collect from you for the purpose of talent management and recruitment may include but is not limited to:

- Telephone number(s)
- Professional qualifications and achievements
- Applicable special category data
- Other information you may submit to us as part of your query or application
The purpose of this data processing will be for evaluation and selection of individuals for a role within Unicard, managing the employment relationship, and as further described in the Unicard & Ecebs Privacy Notice. This data may be shared with others in a manner consistent with the Unicard and Ecebs Privacy Notice, for the purposes stated above, when required by law, or with your consent.
Security of your personal data
To protect your Personal Data, we have in place appropriate organisational and technical security measures. These measures include ensuring our internal IT systems are suitably secure and implementing procedures to deal with any suspected data breach. Unicard are accredited and operate under a thorough ISO 27001 ISMS framework.
Retention and deletion
Curricula vitae and any personal information submitted are stored within a secure system as described for a period of 12 months for the purposes detailed above before deletion. You can request your details be deleted at any time by contacting us at careers@unicard-uk.com.
