Ginette Ramsell joined Unicard in June 2023 as our first HR staff member. She works closely with leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, talent development and change management. She aligns the HR strategy with the overall business goals and offers solutions that drive performance, engagement and growth. She enjoys collaborating across all locations and supporting employees within the business.

She started her HR career in the finance industry before spending some time in the public sector supporting schools. She gained valuable experience from working across both the private and public sector which helped her develop a versatile skill set.

Outside of work, Ginette is kept busy looking after her three young children. She spends most of her time outside with her family on walks, camping and cycling.
