Joe Hannam joined Unicard to work as part of our Support Team.
He acts as one of our customer champions, handling any issues that customers raise while using Unicard products. The support team investigates each issue, then collaborates with other teams within Unicard to ensure any required additional functionality is delivered and any problems are resolved.
Joe previously worked as a Telecommunication Engineer. Before that, he was a student at the University of Central Lancashire, where he was awarded a degree in Forensic Computing and Cyber Security.
Joe describes himself as a home automation enthusiast who is passionate about automating his home for convenience, efficiency and general amusement. He is also interested in archery and the precision involved. He’s a dog lover too, and recently adopted a Siberian Husky.
