The role of the Compliance Manager is to lead and support the company’s ongoing maintenance and compliance with:

•             ISO 9001 (Quality Management),

•             ISO 20001 (IT Service Management System),

•             ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management systems) and

•             ISO27001 (Information Security Management System – ISMS)

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving compliance frameworks, policies, and internal audit processes to ensure the highest operational standards are met.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to embed a culture of quality, sustainability, and service excellence across the organisation.

The role will be based in Ferndown or East Kilbride however will be required to travel to all Unicard office locations as and when required.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate right to work in the UK for this role.
