Unicard are pleased to announce a fantastic career opportunity for an Application Support Engineer. We are looking for an office-based professional to join our existing service team in providing application support and quality service to our customers.

This role will require you to have excellent communication skills as you will be working directly with our clients, who range from local council administrators to transport authority directors, and who differ in their technical understanding and capabilities.

Unicard teams are based in Ferndown and East Kilbride, UK, and Varna, Bulgaria; you will be required to liaise with all sites, across professional and technical teams, to resolve issues, provide information for customers and meet relevant service deadlines.
